The Matrix cultural transformational processes determine both the actual and preferred operating cultures of an organisation. These measures also identify the causal systems, processes and other factors that determine why an organisation has the culture it actually has, and not the preferred culture that would support optimum performance.
The leadership/stewardship development and cultural transformation processes can be implemented as stand-alone or integrated. Where the leadership/stewardship and cultural processes are integrated, Matrix generally acts as a strategic partner to advise, facilitate and mentor internal change agents of the organisation. This approach assists achieve cost effectiveness, sustainability, ownership and knowledge transfer for individuals, teams and the organisation. In these situations Matrix would normally supply executive coaching services to members of the senior management team.

Matrix members and associates come from fields such as psychology, adult learning and the behavioural sciences, past Chief Executives of public, private and listed organisations and research/academia.
